Texas Water Safari Events
The Texas Water Safari Organization hosts several events including an information seminar held in February, two short races and the Texas Water Safari. The Texas Water Safari is a 265 mile race starting in San Marcos at Spring Lake, the source of the San Marcos River. The race finishes in Seadrift, TX. Paddlers have 100 hours to cover the course.

Race Updates
2013 Texas Water Safari Seminar is scheduled for February 16th at the Luling clubhouse. The morning session is combined. The afternoon session will break into two groups (paddlers and team captains). The TWS seminar is highly recommended for new paddlers or paddlers that have not participated in the TWS for a few years.
